Responsibilities:
- Work for approximately 10-15 hours/week or 40 - 55 hours per month
- Help develop WeStride’s career development curriculum
- Coordinate cross-functionally with teams to align existing curriculum with market needs for technical talent
Qualifications:
- You enjoy a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
- You have experience in technology recruitment, HR, career advising/coaching, recruitment, or leadership developments
- You are an effective communicator and can build relationships with others easily
- You value processes and best practices to achieve consistent outcomes
